Excellent tools for independent insurance agencies
What do you like best?
RiskMatch gives us access to tools to make both daily and strategic business decisions and to provide more value for our clients, all at our fingertips. The tool provides high-level overviews, including trends over time, but also gives the flexibility to take a more granular look when needed. The team surrounding RiskMatch is open to feedback and actively seeks that feedback from users of the tool. The two-way conversation has been mutually beneficial as we have grown our use of this tool.
What do you dislike?
The tool is only as good as the data that goes into it (which is not a flaw of RiskMatch). The RiskMatch team will work with you to identify areas to improve data integrity, and many proactive tools are available for this purpose.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
RiskMatch gives us real-time insight into our book of business and allows us to look for opportunities to provide more value, develop new relationships, and leverage existing carrier partner relationships.
