What do you like best?

I like the color coded flags for each loan. It lets you easily see important factors for the loans

What do you dislike?

Having to manually enter loan information is difficult. I also dislike having to load two loans for one loan with two mortgages

Keeping track of loans and loading incoming loans. I used this to load new bankruptcy filings
