What do you like best?
I like that Rippling is a one-stop shop for payroll, human resources, benefits, and now timecards! I also really like their new live chat feature! Rippling makes it easy to get in touch with a customer support agent for any urgent issues that I need to solve, whether that's payroll or benefits management. Their customer support team is extremely friendly and helpful too! Typically if they are not able to answer my question in the live chat they will follow up within a day or two, which is also a really solid amount of time to solve any issues that I am faced with.
What do you dislike?
I wouldn't say I like that their payroll and termination flow can sometimes be a bit buggy, but I understand that they are growing fast and that errors are bound to occur. Sometimes the wait times for the live chat (especially payroll) are extremely long and the server will somehow disconnect before I can chat with anyone about the issue that I'm trying to solve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend making sure that your next payroll provider or PEO provider completely fits your individual business's needs.

I'm solving the payroll, benefits, and human resources need for my workplace with Rippling. I love that I only need to log in to one place to run payroll, see if all. of our insurance benefits are looking good, and send new hires all necessary paperwork forms, and I look forward to using their time and attendance app functionality once they are fully DCAA compliant and allow me to enter total hours worked instead of clocking in and out.
