What do you like best?

The system is very user friendly once you learn to navigate what is needed. It keeps track of our data base of cars as well as our members and allows us to change things that need to be changed.

What do you dislike?

It will make me sign back in randomly when I am trying to pull up information. Sometimes it will not update as fast as I would like it to.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is super easy to use, sometimes support takes a minute to resolve an issue but overall it is a great program.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it for car-sharing and t keeps our database of customers and vehicle. It is an efficient way to keep track of everything. It lets us take payments, manage cars and customer accounts. Having everything in one area is great.
