What do you like best?
I love that Rhythm is easy to use and in so many ways. You can use it in your meetings to incorporate your goals. The Week In Synch keeps you focused on what has to happen this week and makes you consider if your goals for the week are too lofty so you don't over commit yourself.
What do you dislike?
Nothing about the system, but with our implementation. We had a great trainer (Melissa), but associates were improsing rules on format without discussing or explaining it to the group. These did not line up with the tutorials that Rhythm Provided. Perhaps required training and completion of the tutorials before rollout to avoid shifting direction during roll out.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am more focused on the main items that matter. We are achieving higher revenues. It has helped me with saying no, reducing what I am committing to which makes my days more manageable. It helps me be more successful for planning achievable work loads for the week.
