Stop looking. RFPIO is what you need.
What do you like best?
The automation and flexibility are what I find most helpful about RFPIO. Oh, and the customer support! Really, it's everything.
They listen to their customers and are always improving the tool based on feedback from the user community. The help section is really great too. They have webinars and videos to assist you in every aspect of RFPIO.
But I think my favorite part is the pricing model. You can invite EVERY SINGLE PERSON from your company to collaborate and search within RFPIO. All for the same price. What other software company lets you do that???
Did I mention their account teams? Our account manager is accessible. She is there whenever we need her. That's key. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable and is helping us understand best practices, helping us go through a full content review process, and helping us identify initial pieces in RFPIO to tackle and when to tackle the others. There is a lot RFPIO can do. We want to make sure we are doing it in the order it makes the most sense for our company.
What do you dislike?
When an RFP in Excel isn't created correctly, it makes it difficult to use the automation. Don't get me wrong, you can still use RFPIO to search for answers, but the automation saves you SOOOO much time.
If I really had to get picky, the name RFPIO doesn't tell people all that the tool can do. It's so much more than just a tool for RFPs. Maybe they should add a tagline with all the capabilities. That could help! ;)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Giving people correct information about our company, products, and services - when they need it! And giving them access to that content directly is a huge win. Salespeople don't want to wait. Giving them direct access to accurate content will be more efficient at their job, leaving you with more time to create content.
RFPIO saves me time. Assigning questions and topics to SMEs on an automated basis lets me not have to stalk the SMEs and waste time. RFPIO does it for me.
The reporting gives us insights into what content is being used and what isn't. This helps us keep the content up to date. We are undergoing a full content review and the reporting has helped tremendously. I'm not sure what I would do without the flexibility of the advanced search features within RFPIO.
