What do you like best?
I like this software because it is a platform that provides its users with multiple channels for their communication with clients, in which the same client is the one who chooses where to communicate, whether through voice chat, video chat, Facebook messaging, Viber messaging which makes it a much more comfortable communication for both the agent and the same client because they are networks known to anyone, in addition to being based on the cloud makes access much simpler and for this only requires access to a good internet network, has a very simple and easy to use interface so its implementation makes it much easier to manage the problems or queries of each client.
What do you dislike?
One of the things that I do not like is that this software provides a too short trial period which means that if you want to test to know if it really is worth the investment may be somewhat doubtful so it would be ideal that it could be extended since it is a software that contains several characteristics and channels for communication and it must be verified that each one of them performs well.
