What do you like best?
What I like most is that it integrates completely with our ecommerce system, Bigcommerce, and allows customer monitoring and sales data, it makes it quick and easy to get in when you want to see things like sales of history, e-mail marketing, etc. The best CRM we have discovered that even as the fact that everything is in one place and is easy to see and simple to use.
What do you dislike?
I would like to admit that this program took a little time to get to use and configure it, but once both our clients and potential clients got into the program, they have to come back several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like to recommend that because it connects directly to email, it monitors the progress of sales and employees. Maintaining routine activities and objectives in the CRM is very useful to accomplish the tasks. It has also kept all my emails in one place to send me a summary of the way we are doing is, I propose this brand in a revealing and closing.

It helps us take care of our customers and encourages our workers to connect and interact with our customers, which also has great ease of use and lots of features that fit well with our current configuration and the way we handle our customers. . I was looking for something that would combine sales and marketing resources in the same product when I realized RevampCRM hooked with the business and with me too.
