Advanced user of Retail Merchandise Planning and OptimizationThe software was alright, but not up to the standards that my company needed it to be. We ended up going with a different software in the end that better fulfilled our needs. I liked the ease of use and customer support.
Didn't dislike anything in particular, just wasn't a huge fan. Some features could use an update as they are outdated. Live support services could be a little more knowledgable about features of software and how to use software. Overall, software could just use a massive update.
More live support, search engine optimization, ease of use, better features
