What do you like best?

1. Simplicity. All features are clearly visible in a clean interface. Making it one of the better options in a sea of similar apps. I use image resizer frequently. It has preset dimensions to resize like it takes one button to resize a picture for facebook event cover or instagram story.

2. Completely Free! No misleading tactics. Isn't it annoying when you upload your picture, work on it and it wouldn't let you download because 'free' was just a way to pull you in. Or most features being behind a paywall. Not here. Been free for years

3. Description of the features. When you select a feature like 'Optimize photos', it shows a description containing what that means and how does it work. I haven't needed it honestly but appreciate it for non-techy friends.

4. Available as a chrome extension

What do you dislike?

The features button on the header could use a dropdown to select whichever service you want to use. Now you have to click on the button and scroll to the service you need to use. Besides that, I am happy with the product.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you frequently work with images say as a social media manager, it's one of the tools you need to bookmark. It's free and it works.
