What do you like best?
Reputology was recommended by a member of a Facebook group I belong to as a great tool they use to monitor online reviews. I requested a demo and received an immediate response. The demo blew me away! Reputology offers the analytics that I was looking for and then some. It will definitely help our clients monitor their online reputation while addressing concerns from their customers.
What do you dislike?

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We recently started working with a company that has multiple businesses in the same community and were looking for a way to determine how their businesses are perceived online. Reputology fits the bill by saving our team hours of combing through reviews to analyze their online footprint. Additionally, Reputology provides the ability for our client to move beyond the paper surveys they currently use and instead direct their guests to an online survey which can be more easily tracked.
