Has potential but terrible customer service

What do you like best?

Relatively easy to use, at first, and quick integrations. Has intercom integration for whatsapp

What do you dislike?

I disconnected my whatsapp service and yet I am still being charged. There is no FAQ section, no billing section (once you disconnect your account) so there is no sign that you're still subscribed. Refused to refund once queried and made it sound like their poor UX was my fault.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tried to address getting business whatsapp into the cloud and integrated with Intercom, but not yet good enough to do so. No images can be shared for now.
