What do you like best?

Its interface turns out to be quite simple and easy to use, the fact that it allows me to channel the attention of my clients quite easily and simply turns out to be something very useful, the fact that it is multiplatform is quite practical for me to serve my clients at any time regardless of being close to my computer or not, the fact that I can customize its interface according to my needs and those of my company turns out to be something quite attractive to customize everything according to my functions and needs in a way Quite simple, the fact that it alerts me via email in case there is a new notification that I have not seen immediately is quite useful for me to avoid leaving my clients in a very long wait.

What do you dislike?

To be honest I have no complaints about the use of this application, which has come as a complete surprise to me since I never thought that a tool of this type would help me so much to solve the way in which I attended to my clients.
