What do you like best?
We have been very pleased with Relatient. The customer service is outstanding. It has allowed my staff to focus more on the patients needs and less on the worry of patients knowing about their appointment. The survey call post appointment has boosted moral because staff see and hear the difference they are making in peoples lives.
What do you dislike?
The dashboard could be a little more user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it! We were hesitate to use an "automated" reminder system but the feedback from staff and patients have been positive. It saves the staff time and allow them to do what they need vs staying on the phone. Also, I am able to send out "memos" to the staff via demand content so everyone gets the memo even if they are at home because it's on the phone by text.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My staff can focus more on the patients and less on weather a patient knows about their appointment.
