Elegant and Simple Interactive Work Mail

What do you like best?

The best thing about RediffMailPro is that it does not have unnecessary content or graphics or layouts to make it funky. It carries a simple work UI UX and has all the necessary features which is required to carry out work email processes.

It has a simple way to create/draft emails with easy to use Email Format through which we can craft the email professionally. All the essential elements are present right in front while drafting any mail like turning ON/OFF Read Receipts, do we need to save the sent mail in the Outbox/Sent Folder, Need to attach documents or not, CC or BCC required or not, etc.

What do you dislike?

There are a couple of things I do not like much and I wish it gets better in coming times in RediffMailPro:

1) Email Signature Configuration is not very effective. If I want to add a Company Logo in the email signature, it has a rough process wherein I need to first copy the image indirectly and then paste it in the dialog box. I cannot adjust the image in the signature section.

2) Whenever I send emails and if I have an image attached to my email signature, the other person who receives my email gets to attachments of that particular image that is there in my email signature. Even if I receive the email in Rediffmailpro from people and if they have an image in the email signature, then it shows me an attachment of that particular file. This is sometimes irritating when I am expecting an attachment from some of my clients.

3) The attachment size is very less, i.e. around 15-20 MB, the file is allowed and if I want to share some important documents officially with the client through my work email then I am not able to do so as there is a restriction in sending the attachment file size. I then need to switch to my personal Gmail Account of Google Drive to share content with my client.

4) I sometimes face issues in Accepting Meeting Invites sent by other. When I accept the invite (via Microsoft Team for example) the link available in the meeting invite gets distorted upon accepting and it does show up correctly in the RediffMailPro Calendar and I then need to ask again to send the link in the mail.

5) Also, configuring the Rediffmailpro in Microsoft Outlook also seems to be very difficult as it does not get configured normally. I need to get the IMAP/SMTP configuration settings with port numbers and enter them manually while configuring but then also it does not get configured in the first attempt. Whereas Google Mail configuration is very easy and simple in this regard.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The following are the problems solved by rediffmailpro:

1) Simple Interface of mail helps me focus on the mail only while drafting and not searching ways to create a mail and then getting stuck with the editor which sometimes happens with google mail, outlook, etc.

2) No unnecessary options to set up themes, layouts, etc.. Work email needs to be clean and rediffmailpro does a very good job at this.

3) Gets a prompt notification alert with sounds whenever a new mail is received which I like the most. This is not available in other mails and even if they are available, they are not effective as far I have used them.

4) Calendar Invite is simple and good. Only have a few information to send invite within a few minutes whereas others have a lot of complex information to even send an invite like it is in the outlook for example.

5) I can change the mail layout as per my ease to get easy viewing of all emails and other essential details of the rediffmailpro.
