What do you like best?
the user-friendly website (returns portal) that allows customers to look up their actual order and either buy or print UPS return labels directly from their computer at home.
What do you dislike?
The system is highly customizable and there are many different options for upload fields. Configuring can be time-consuming but definitely worth the hassle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
no reason to develop your own returns portal - ReadyCloud is a quick solution and is very affordable.

ReadyCloud has eliminated many phone calls regarding returns as customers can view their RMA process and print labels from their phone or personal computer.
