Advanced user of RazorLex Law Practice Management SoftwareI liked that the software was streamlined and relatively easy to use. It was not terribly complicated compared to other law practice software I have used. It generally functioned well and clearly laid out your options as to what you can do.
The software lacked more than just the basics. It really was just basic software with little to no innovation. In addition, it seemed to lack a general understanding of the kinds of features a small practice or solo practitioner needs in their practice software.
For a small firm or solo practitioner who also uses other accounting software, other marketing tools, other online services to manage their practice, this might be right for you. But if you are looking for a single program to give you everything your firm needs, then the cost may not be worth what they are providing.
The software allowed our small practice to calendar appointments and keep track of billing and expenses, however, this was not any more innovative than any other program. Although the program did what it set out to do, it just lacked the grace and appearance of professional software, not to mention additional features to set it apart from other software.
