What do you dislike?

Overall, Rank Hacker is a great tool for both agencies and individual businesses to use. It provides the user an edge most other SEOs or businesses don't have access to.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Rankhacker works the best when a cleaned up list of keywords to the system. I would not waste credits on keywords with low search volume. The software is meant to give you a competitive edge on the keywords that have the potential to drive the most revenue for a business/website.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows me to promote specific keywords strategically. Rank Hacker tells the user how many pieces of content are needed to rank on Page 1 for that keyword.
