What do you like best?

The self-scheduling and rescheduling function frees up a lot of time for our team while giving our candidates the initiative of deciding their own time. The calendar automatically updates with the slightest change means we don't have to hold on to our rescheduling email! What we enjoyed most is that Rakuna allows us to fully commit to a structured hiring process and develop a standardized way of scheduling each and every round of interviews.

What do you dislike?

There are still some bugs that pop up occasionally, but the customer support team has been easy to work with.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest problem we managed to solve with Rakuna's Interview Scheduling function is arranging dozens of interviews every time we announce an open position. You don't think you need an interview scheduling function until you are overwhelmed. We no longer have to send back-and-forth emails to schedule nor having to update the calendar ourselves. Now, it's all automatic with the help of Rakuna.
