What do you like best?

I'm able to access notes from all disciplines (PT, OT, SLP) without opening a different chart. I like that I can send a fax to the physician directly from a Raintree.

What do you dislike?

Lots of clicking and boxes that need to be filled. I wish there was a way to go directly to the next box by clicking one key. I dislike that I cannot see nursing notes. I also dislike that it is not mobile. You must have the software installed on a PC with internet access.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I'd also consider web-based software that is accessible on a tablet or smartphone. Especially if you are home health based vs. clinic based.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm able to go back and look at all the paperwork that has been uploaded to a patients chart.
