What do you like best?

The app is by far the best out there. It is super easy to use and makes rentals a breeze. The best part is the easy paying methods. No more sending checks to landlords. Simply pay via the app using a debit or credit card.

What do you dislike?

The payments have a downside...what is if it gets hacked. How safe is your information? But other than that I have no other complaints about the app and website. So easy for renters and landlords alike.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend this to any landlord with multiple properties collecting rents. It is easy to post rentals, and then keep track of when rents are due and when they are late. I highly recommend this app.
