What do you like best?

It can be a little more user friendly than team viewer or vnc. You get more of the display themes when remoting into the end user's computer. You can also transfer files from one computer to another fairly easily.

What do you dislike?

It has a problem when dealing with network configurations on internal network connections. It also could use some support when trying to send commands to a computer. It also doesn't support any other operating systems like Mac OS. They could also use better licensing so when a client is decommissioned, the seat it was taking is returned.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are a couple of other options, but Teamviewer is fairly easy to set-up on a windows network.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

remoting into the end user machine to see what they see and remote into the machine to remotely troubleshoot problems.
