What do you like best?

It is really convenient to customize your polls. We use this tool during our university lectures for a variety of questions during a class. During an online class, one can not expect to answer a question longer than 1 or 2 lines. That's where this tool comes in handy .

I like how it utilizes it's User Interface through the help of lucrative graphics and functionalities .

It is always better to use this tool when you have an audience of at least 50 individuals .

What do you dislike?

1. A better customer service is required for the users and the owners for example - Live customer chat, on call support or email support .

2. It should provide a way for the users to give their experiences' feedback.

3. Website sometimes take too long to respond and load.

4. Team should add more features like , embedded support , inbuilt analytics or integration with another applications.

5.We do not have much online documentation from the official website.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Please use it for a group of at least 50 individuals to have a better sense of analytics.

Make sure to honestly answer each and every question to make absolute use of this tools.

Do not try to create multiple polls at once , it will hang your computer .
