What do you like best?

It's easy to use. Everything you see and do, just makes sense. I love the reporting features, particularly the ability to enter not only 1 budget, but multiple budgets. This allows me to create a static annual, and a quarter or mid-year re-cast. Additionally, the integration with our Credit Card and bank seems to go very smoothly and cleanly. Once it's set-up, I don't have to wonder about the correct information parsing over.

What do you dislike?

I wish that QB had better API's so that we could integrate with solutions like Power BI or Tableu. Although QB is our main business software, we do use others (like SaaS Optics and Hubspot). The ability to aggregate all the data in to a Power BI, etc., would be helpful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have not run into any problems as of yet. One thing I'd like to see incorporated is the ability to capture investors in a better, more intuitive manner. Feels clunky the way we do it now. One of the biggest benefits that we've recently discovered is the ability to bill/invoice using foreign currencies.
