Great at marketing their product, but the product does not deliver
What do you like best?
In the time I was still in the process of deciding whether to use QuestionPro, the sales rep was accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that I chose their services above the competitors. He was friendly and prompt when I needed him right up until my payment was made.
What do you dislike?
I find the CBC software ammature. I was promised that it would be suitable for academic purposes. I found that my raw files would not download, and the service team were very slow at assisting me often stating that they "cannot provide a timeline for when the issue will be resolved." I got very frustrated with customer service because they don't answer emails, and when you report an issue through their chat bot, they toss you around. I do simply not know how they expect a student to make use of their software if we are unable to get access to the data we pay thousands of dollars for. I also would like to mention, that the reports are of subpar standard. They do not offer any insight as to how they analised the data. In my case, this is detrimental because they are also not assisting me in acquiring my raw data so I can try and build academically sufficient reports. I am horribly disappointed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not think this is the option for Academic CBC studies.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I had to do a CBC study and they have been everything but helpful in this quest.
