Solid software with innovative team
What do you like best?
We have used the Qudini software for appointment booking for a number of years in our Brown Thomas and Arnotts department stores; primarily for our Beauty Halls which drove our appointment booking numbers by up to 50% in some brands.
Over the past year, we have scaled at pace with the support of the Qudini team to personal shopping appointments, virtual appointments in every area of our business, virtual queuing when stores reopened, drive-through Click & Collect, remote Click & Collect among other initiatives.
Our work with Qudini has allowed us to provide our customers with COVID-friendly ways of continuing to shop with us both while stores were open and closed.
The iPad app is simple and easy to use and once trained, our team members have had no issues as the bookings are highly configurable to suit the needs of the service.
The team at Qudini are super responsive and are a pleasure to work with at all times. As a direct result of the amazing work we have done with Qudini, our sister company Selfridge's in the UK, has also on-boarded them.
What do you dislike?
I look forward to scaling our offering with them in the coming months to include paid-for features and events which is in their immediate roadmap.

Qudini gave us the opportunity to offer drive-through and remote Click & Collect through their software, which previously was always cost prohibitive due to the amount of development required to our ecommerce checkouts.
