What do you like best?

The most useful thing is the regular updates which are very useful to work with. Moreover Windchill has an easy way to configure things at administrator end which makes it easy to deploy and use

What do you dislike?

I don't see much of the downside while using Windchill. The only place which I dislike is there is no much update on Windchill Risk and Reliability. There are not much improvements in the Project Management.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My recommendation is that PTC Windchill has an open architecture and is opening up for multiple integrations which will help in managing enterprise solution better

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Product Data management including change and configuration management. This has a direct impact on the productivity of the design engineers. The coordination with multi-disciplinary team using Windchill Project Management has a great value on time-to-market and project timeline
