What do you like best?

CMS is really helpful for agrigating all information on a specific case. You can search several ways; by case, court case number, agency case number, etc. I appreciate the ability to go in at any time to make changes or additions.

What do you dislike?

It is not always the most time-efficient program. There seem to be several steps to go through to find some basic information that could be made easier to find.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There might be several benefits available that my office doesn't take advantage of- spend time learning the program!

We're solving the problem of time. The function of having everything in one place and searchable makes the process streamlined from start to finish.
