Great service, really prompt and always very helpful
What do you like best?
The Chat facility, really helpful because I can ask a question and while I am waiting for an answer I can get on with other work. Then as soon as they response I am then able to message. Also, I never have to wait longer than 10 mins normally.
What do you dislike?
I like everything really about ProspectSoft, sometimes it can be a little confusing when they do updates but there is always the little notification tab that allows you to see exactly what they have changed and why and gives instructions on new features etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your data is in a format that can be transferred into Prospectsoft, this makes set up so much easier and faster

Its been really helpful having everything in one place for customers, from orders through to important documents, its really improved our efficiency in many areas and its very easy to use. Also, the RFM analysis is a great tool which has really helped us to catch up with customers that we otherwise may not have realised had not ordered for a while.
