Advanced user of Proofpoint Essentials for Small BusinessI like the SMTP discovery method of address collection. The fact you can also sync to Azure AD, AD or upload manually gives the flexibility to handle pretty much any email scenario out there.
The quarantine notification with preview and release options direct in the user email set it apart from many of its competitors, (although many are scrambling to add that feature, or so they assure me).
I don't like that you can't delete emails from quarantine. When I get a quarantine digest I'd prefer to be able to delete, or at least mark that I've acknowledged and discarded an email. Currently there is no way to do that.
I'd like the ability to link SMTP discovery with AzureAD Sync so that I can manage multiple mail flows for a single client in one customer account. Currently I have to run 2 customer account for the different mail systems in use.
The problem is pretty straight forward. Email security, protection, scanning, continuity are all key features required in a solution.
Benefits are it works, it's easy to administer and the users like the clean simple digests.
