Advanced user of PromoRepublicPromoRepublic was great, it was promising. It was everything I was looking for in a social media scheduling tool and more.
Shortly after using the tool, my team members started reporting errors they were receiving about the Facebook accounts not being connected. Whenever I tried, I could not replicate the issue. My guess is because I'm an admin of that specific FB page and they weren't? I even gave them my direct login to try and they still received the same error.
Try to get in contact with support before purchasing.
I've reached out to support over a month ago, multiple times, and have heard nothing back. I tried all 3 methods of contact email, phone, Skype. Even their "Support" page is not complete and zero help: https://help.promorepublic.com/en/ -- I don't know if this company went under or got overwhelmed by its quick growth through us Sumolings or what. But it's very frustrating, to say the least when you try to support a product or company and they drop the ball entirely.
