Proclass sucks, but good if you are looking for a cheap no frills system

What do you like best?

The price. It is not expensive at all, but you get for what you pay for. The pricepoint is literally ridiculously inexpensive. If you are just looking to take straightforward registration, it's a good system. We loved the support person we had, but in the last few weeks, the same person has given us the line "go talk to your rep." We didn't even know we had a business rep!

What do you dislike?

Promises upfront that never materialize. We have been on Proclass for a year plus now and all of a sudden the features that were going to "totally be done by end of the year (2017)" has become a conversation of "clients pay for these features." If you have a robust or growing business, this is not the system for you. Poor communications.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The API is a joke! Any business with a sophisticated model should not consider proclass.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It automated the backend of the business, but we realized there are a lot of limitations for a quickly growing business.
