Best way for your team to share socially, and become influencers!

What do you like best?

PostBeyond really makes it easy for my team to share industry trends and news, more importantly, schedule any posts later in a pre-determined cadence so they can just set-it-and-forget-it.

What do you dislike?

Not so much a dislike, but the biggest hurdle is the first inertia to get started. People tend to shy away when they realize they are posting for millions to see, so the first post is always the hardest.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Training and gamification are the two keys to success for using PostBeyond. Users need proper training to know how to use the tool so they can be power users, and you need to set up a leader board so users can see how they fare compared to others in the company. This will encourage friendly competition and winners can get some small prize as a reward.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We solved the problem of employee advocacy with PostBeyond. Of course we can always rely on agencies to be our social presence, but it is much more personal (and effective) to have your own people be your social amplification.
