What do you like best?
I like the UI of Postal.io, the platform is clean and easy to use. The marketplace items are also well-sourced and of great quality. Their swag partner, SwagUp, allows us to create customized swag packs which our customers are really impressed by.
What do you dislike?
There are some small functionality issues that the platform needs to work through as they grow. Sending items that require different sizes (such as t-shirts) in bulk is a little tedious as you need to send in bulk by size. Also, I wish there were more options in sending international gift cards (in international currencies). Their support team also takes a long time to respond sometimes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend going through the trial process to see if the product fits your needs for specific campaigns you are planning to run.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Postal.io along with their Swag partner, SwagUp, is making gifting and sending quality custom swag packs easier. The integrations with Salesforce and Outreach make it really easy for our sales team to send a gift to a client without having to go into the Postal.io UI which they love!
