Worst texting service, terrible customer service

What do you like best?

Nothing at all. I researched a ton of texting services and chose this one because it appeared to have a lot of the features we needed.

What do you dislike?

Free trial only allows for about 2 texts, which never went through. Not one of our 300 texts ever went through, which we paid for. Customer service claimed that they were all blocked by the cell providers and that it wasn't their system. If all the cell providers block their service, why would you use it? They said they were unable to offer a refund and said they would give us a toll free number. We already had one. They also kept asking if we had permission. Yes, we had written consent. We are a doctor's office. If the cell providers can block these types of msgs, what difference does it make if we have written permission. We finally got a partial refund, so we paid for nothing. Would never recommend this for any company or person.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Look elsewhere if you ever want a text to go through

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

They have no phone number, so the only way to converse with them is via email. They finally gave us a partial refund after numerous complaints.
