What do you like best?
Exceptionally helpful people staff PoliteMail. They've created a product that allows you to develop templates, track analytics around your communications, and create a comms cadence that will benefit your organization. We use this to send targeted, personalized communications, as well as organization-wide communications campaigns.
What do you dislike?
While PoliteMail has a lot of great functionality and positives, it can be quite buggy. We've encountered issues sending to distribution lists and trouble with their servers; however the staff and tech teams at PoliteMail are responsive and helpful in problem-solving and trouble-shooting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a tool that can provide analytics and tracking and have a need to send on behalf of others, this is a great tool. I also like that each message sent appears to be sent to a single person. We can have 500+ recipients on an email, and it still looks like the sender sent a personal note to someone directly, not a large group.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We can send on behalf of our leaders without the complication of permissions through Outlook. This has made it easy for us to support a variety of organizations personally.
