What do you like best?

Plumbr collects the data and sends to server. User experience is managed by Browser agent which collects data and process it, displays it using UI which helps to understand it better. Other agent which is more important is Java agent which is attached to back end and process it. Best of Plumbr is that you can install it on your server on your premises.

What do you dislike?

Plumbr professional Service was good but not that much effective. We had to contact them several time and after hours of discussion our team was able to improve performance by 0.8%

Before taking standard or prefessional plan please choose trial plan and try to learn how it works. If you setisfy with this plan then you can takr plans according to your needs. I repeat don't take plans suggested by third party or company employee. Contact our team if you want guidence or any other support.

We have solved many issues with the help of plumbr. Many issues were solved with the Java agent.
