Pandora FMS

What do you like best?

We are very satisfied with Pandora FMS and its level of adaptability to our company. What has surprised us the most is the policies feature that have helped us to centralize everything and quickly monitor data from AWS virtual machines, which has been fundamental for us.

The quality of the technical support is also a plus to take into account. We have had bad experiences with unprofessional support, in Pandora they are very prepared and know what they are doing. In addition, they have helped us to integrate some technologies that we did not know could be integrated into the console.

What do you dislike?

The dashboard theme is a bit slow and there are few templates. We are in the 742 version, as I have been told in the 745 they have improved this aspect a lot, but I don't have experience with it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Basically at the level of centralizing everything in one place. We used to use different platforms for different things and now we have everything in one place. In addition, we have found a software capable of integrating with AWS.
