What do you like best?

The easy to use dashboard makes making changes quick and easy to understand. The API documentation made for a fast integration within my system.

What do you dislike?

I dislike not having the ability to have multiple accounts using the same phone number. For example, I have one cell phone. I created an account for one project. Now I want to create another account for another project with a different company, I am not able to do that because account creation requires a unique cell phone number, which I only have one.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Plivo is helping me solve the lack of communication between my customer base. My customers can have automatic notifications sent straight to their cell phones now. Also, Plivo security is much better than other platforms. My account and API key has yet to be compromised and if it does I am sure Plivo will take the necessary steps to warn me of the compromise.
