Absolute worst customer service ever

What do you like best?

Nothing, it was a terrible experience. I would say avoid it at all cost.

What do you dislike?

The site was difficult to navigate and their customer service was extremely rude. I would recommend that anyone avoid this company at all costs. I would not wish my terrible experience on anyone. There are other software companies and I urge you to look for them and find someone who actually cares about their customers.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was never able to set the site up, no benefits what so ever. This site is completely useless.
