What do you like best?

Their customer support is great. Anytime there may have been an issue or had questions about how something in the Admin center worked, they would quickly respond and be happy to assist you. You get to build report with the same people, its not like calling into a large company and getting a different person every time. If you need to get your network marketing company up fast, this is something you can get going fast, but it will not be very customized to you.

What do you dislike?

It is very cookie cutter design. While every compensation plan (pay plan) is different in MLM, it seemed like they only had reports regarding to certain types or that they were very generic. Felt like starting up we didn't get a lot of customization and then if we wanted to change something it would cost money. I understand that its a quick get started company, but I think even just terminology should match the company you are promoting, not a generic terminology where they don't mean the same thing in the Companies pay plan

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Trying to find a Backoffice that is suitable for our field to work with. To find reports that business people can use to run their independent business approriately.
