What do you like best?

Always trying to get better and take client requests. Never pretend like they are perfect. Extremely friendly staff. Truly feel like they put their clients at the heart of everything that they do.

Alex, Brooke, Rob, Christian, Doug have all been extremely kind, patient and thorough with their job. I love them all!

We have a lot of different software and this company is one that I can always count on to hear and address my concerns.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes things don't work as they should. However, all the way from Beta testing to sales to the support team to Alex, everyone goes above and beyond to try to fix problems and meet our expectations.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take time to figure out all of the capabilities of PlayerLync and then use it to its fullest capacity. It has a lot of great features that we haven't even used yet.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It gives us a place to distribute all of our content to our franchises. It also gives us a place to deliver our training to our staff from HQ virtually.
