Not recommend

What do you like best?

Nothing as the support and software were no good.

What do you dislike?

We wouldn't recommend. They are happy to sell it but the support isn't good. Takes days to a week for a reply when you are trying to set up the software. They wouldn't listen. When you finally get an answer a week later they didn't even answer our questions - then have to wait days for another reply. We were told the software was capable of doing what we needed but unfortunately it wasn't.

Wouldnt refund hours that were wasted, we lost thousands of dollars for nothing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

None only cost us thousands
