What do you like best?

Nothing. I have used Pinnacle for years to make movies for my school...Pinnacle 12...loved it. Bought a new computer, so I decided to upgrade to Pinnacle 21. Big mistake! The manual is atrocious and the customer service is horrendous! DO NOT BUY THIS ORODUCT!

What do you dislike?

Customer service is horrendous. You call and wait forever. Then, someone come as on and you tell him/her your problem. They decide you need a technician, so they transfer you. Technician never answers. This product is a waste of time and money. There ar too many other options for people to use. Take my advice and go elsewhere.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am not solving anything with this program because I can't get it to work right.
