What do you like best?

The ability to record anything on a screen with little to no latency is the biggest advantage of this software. Additionally, it provides added special effects which enables users to edit saved videos with ease. Overall the software is straightforward and supports a wide variety of video formats to use across devices.

What do you dislike?

The full version of the software is well worth the money. However, for new users who are not sure whether its worth the buy, the trail version leaves a lot to be desired. Main issue is that the trial version has very limited screen capture time. This is an issue considering the full version has a higher price tag than competing software.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Overall the software is very solid, although the interface may look a bit dated. The funcationality is readily available, however the price point should be considered as other software offers similar tools at a cheaper price.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This too has been most helpful when training new associates. The ability to seamlessly record lectures and share them with new trainees is a major benefit. Additionally being able to record skype and hangouts conferences with very little lag has proven quite helpful.
