What do you like best?
The simplest UI's which makes easy to understand makes fast booking a vehicle for a ride is really attractive feature in the app. Also it provide multiple categories of vehicles based on our requirement. That is really helpful. Also it is providing multiple services within the app without providing only services for ride. Specially Pick me foods ordering facility is fascinating. It is also really fast.
What do you dislike?
When it comes to tracking vehicle movements, It should be improved further as sometimes app showing the vehicle moving unexpected manner. The vehicle updating process in the app is not much smooth that should be improved for better experience.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
When I need a ride whenever in Colombo I use this app to book a vehicle. It is so fast and easily we can find a vehicle near to me. So my time is saving a lot with this app. I really love it as the service is really helpful for my day today rides.
