Best livery software on the market

What do you like best?

LimoAnywhere has everything a company needs whether it's a small company (like us) or a large company. Everything is customizable without being overly complicated. Customer service is amazing. It has helped us increase business and decrease mistakes while allowing us to integrate into what technology has to offer for our area of service.

What do you dislike?

I honestly don't think there is anything I dislike. Everything that we have wanted LA to add or change has been done.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Allow at least 1-2 months of set up time. Email an excel sheet of your prices to LA so they can set that up for you (trust me, it will eliminate at least a week of set up time). Join their Facebook page, it's an amazing resource. Don't be afraid to use the online self help, it's another great resource. Be patient, you will learn the system the more you use it but don't be afraid to reach out to customer service if you are stuck or need help.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use to use iCal to input our reservations which meant there was no paper trail for anything. It was very old school and causing a lot of problems. We also had no way of sending confirmation emails and doing them manually was irrational.
