What do you dislike?

It is a very complete and functional program, however I would like a modernization of the interface since I consider that it is very simple, for example I would like to be able to differentiate according to the pathology they are the colors that can be visualized the clinical histories, or to be able to insert labels. For the rest, it has very good performance.
