An excellent tool for guiding your customers or creating a knowledge base on a certain topic
What do you like best?
I like most the combination of features - the glossary is very useful for delivering quick answers/references that do not require the users to visit other websites. Also, the Q&A section is well done and very easy to use by both admins and regular users of the website.
What do you dislike?
There is no free/feature-limited version available for those who like to use unpaid solutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try in demo form and message the developers - maybe we will get an ad-supported and/or feature-limited version that comes completely for free sooner or later.

I was looking for a Q&A script and many of those that I kept finding were rather limited. When I discovered PHPJabbers Knowledge Base Builder, I instantly figured out how useful could be a glossary section. All in all this is an excellent piece of code!
