What do you like best?
I really like that you can kick off action plans directly in ServiceNow after failed phishing tests.
What do you dislike?
Not much to dislike. It's a young and growing product so I imagine it will become more feature-rich as time goes on.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
You're able to plan phishing tests directly in ServiceNow. Because of this, you're able to have custom training action plans kick off immediately after failed tests and there's tons of room for configuration/customization.
